"Seafoam"- Where do I put it??

I'm thinking of trying a can of Seafoam. Where is the best place to put it? I heard you should put it in a vacum line. Which line should I put it in? The car is a 92 Stealth with the non-turbo DOHC engine. Many thanks!!
