Default 92 Stealt ES Engine Probs

I have a 92 Stealth ES. The problems i am having with it are it will not run at high rpms.. actually to get it up to 3 rpms is about all it will do. maybe someone else has had this problem and can give me some advice on what to do about it

bad spark plugs, bad fuel filter, bad plug wires. Any of those can cause problems at higher RPM's.

Any thing else.. also i have a wear in the middle of my timming belt and not sure what is causing that either

that does not sound good. Has the timing belt been replaced? How many miles are on the vehicle. I doubt the wear on the t-belt is causing your troubles, but it is cause for concern. If you get it replaced, I strongly recommend changing all the pullys, idlers, water pump and belt tensioner. They have to open it all the way up to perform the service, they just as well replace those 'wear' items as well.

As for the high rpm problem, I would start with the basics, (what I mentioned) and go from there.
