Default What engine options?

Is there a Chrysler engine that could be dropped into the Stealth, like the 3.5L V6?

No.

It has been reported that the 3.5L out of a Montero will fit, but it requires some custom fabrication to make it fit. I also do not believe that it has any more power (less actually) than the 3.0L DOHC you would replace.

What about the new engine in the Eclipse? Would that work?

Don't quote me, but I think physically, the block will bolt up to the tranny, but if you look closely, you'll notice that the engine sits opposite compared to a Stealth.(as in the tranny sits on the opposite side) I don't know what kind of problems you'd run into trying to make it work.

I've always speculated that the 6g72 engine with MIVEC would be a good transplant, but like the eclipse motor, it is back asswards as well.
