Default Can't seem to fix the problem

I think ive been searching forums and google for the past 5 months to find out what my problem is....

First, the car seemed to be stuttering, found out the capacitors were bad and that they leaked a little on the ECU, so I replaced those and cleaned the ECU up. After that the car seemed to be running OK, but it didn't seem to be getting as much horsepower as it used to. So I got some type of tester (sorry, forget what its called) and found out its only getting about 86 horsepower!! But in order to test it, you basically had to beat it up a bit, ran it really hard. Now ever since after that everytime you stop or slow down the oil light comes on and the oil pressure guage is at L. Talked to a mechanic and he said it could be the ECU is just bad. I don't wanna buy one for like 1500, so I was gunna get a rebuilt one from Autozone... but the warehouse doesn't even have it in stock! Im kind of sick of just sitting around here waiting.

Is there anything else it could be?? Anything else I could check.

BTW its a 91

I found rebuilt ECU's at O'Reilly auto for my TT....but they didn't have many of them.
I had the ECU in my RT rebuilt by ECM to go, the capacitors had leaked onto a nearby daughter board and was causing problems, so they had to replace that board in addition to the capacitors.

You have checked your oil right??
