Problems with MY RT

I have a 1994 Dodge Stealth Twin Turbo. Lately I have been having problems with an oil leak. But now that problem is fixed but my engine is starting to run HOT. it has Plenty of coolant so i dont know why it's running HOT. Also my headlights are fogged up, I wanted to know if theres anyway to fix that and clear the lens up. Thanks
