Default ECM keeps burning out

I have a 1992 dodge stealth and i am having problems with the computer burning out.
About 2 months after i bought the car the computer burned out i figured it was because the computer was old cause the previous owners never had that problem. So I had the car towed to the dodge garage and they hooked it up to their computer and told me that they got no response meaning that the computer is faulty. So i sent the computer to SIA electronics and when i got the computer back i put it in the car and it worked fine for a month then i started having problems, at idle it was revving at 3500 rpm, and the car would shut off at 6000rpm. Then one day while i was at a friends house we were gonna go to another friends house so i started the car and pulled out of the driveway, started up the road and then i smelled something and then the car stalled and wouldn't start back up, WTF. So within 4 months 2 computers burned out.

Could it be because of a poorly rebuilt computer? or is there something wrong with my car?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

PLEASE HELP

Default RE: ECM keeps burning out

Does your car have the ECS? Does it have an auto tranny? When I had my ECU rebuilt, they shop recommended having the ECS and TCU rebuilt at the same time. The ECU gets signals from those units (which have the same sub-par capacitors) and can burn up a good ECU.

I used ECM To Go to rebuild my units.
