Default Stealth Windshield decal

I ordered a decal that just says "STEALTH" on it thats supposed to go across the top of the front windshield. My problem is when i got the decal in the mail and tried to line it up just right on the windshield i found out that the windshield is to curved and the decal couldnt go on straight... this is rather annoying. If anyone can give me tips on how to apply this properly if anyone has had some experience with this before, thank you.

Just in case,.....
First things first, use a residue free cleaner (amonia, etc) to thoroughly clean the glass where the decal will be applied. Heat will make the window film softer and more pliable. Lay the decal of the outside of the windshield with the lettering facing out in the sunlight. If it's too cold when you're performing this task, you can use a hair dryer to warm up the decal. GENTLY bend the edges up to match the curve of the glass. You can also trim the decal with a razor blade to get the fit exact. Once it's right, use a soap/water solution (ONE drop of dishwashing liquid in a spray bottle full of luke warm water) to lubricate the area where the film will go. *Note* Do not perform this part of the opperation in direct sunlight. Remove the backing of the film. Use two pieces of tape (one on either side of the film) to get the backing free from one corner. Make sure that you have a nice, even, coating of soap/water solution over the area and set the decal in place. Once the alignment is where you want it, use a squeegee to work the solution out from under the film. Start in the middle and work your way out to the edges being careful to get all of the air bubbles out from under the film. If any bubbles escape, use either a razor blade or a pin to puncture the air bubble then go over it again with the squeegee to lay the film flat against the glass. When it's done, use the hair dryer to go over the film and set it in place. Do not touch it for at least a week to be on the safe side.
