first off if i buy the long tube headers from 3sx can i use a downpipe with those or do i not need one or how does that work? the second is i am looking at intrax springs and it says non ecs and ecs what is all that about? yea just to let everyone know i just bought my stealth a week ago so i have no clue about any of the car really, so all the help is appreciated.

 

I dont know much about 3S's but ECS is Electronic Controlled Suspension... where it somehow controls each wheels suspension automatically for an improved ride. You know you have it as there is a ECS button inside of the car.... it has sport/tour modes for which ever style of driving you plan on doing.. so it is a matter of if you have that option in your car

 

the only button that i have is the cruise control button beside the shifter which when i turn it on it says ecs on my dash but when i try to set the cruise it doesnt work anyone know whats up with that?[:'(]

 

Not sure on the stealth's, but cruise not working is a bad fuse in some cars...that was prob on my '97 Intrepid

if it doesnt turn on the cruise yet turns on the ECS light on your dash, it is probably the ECS button

 

are you sure the light on the dash says ECS?? Are you sure it does not say ASC

 

yea sorry it actually says ASC but does anyone have any suggestions on the cruise not working i will check the fuse out when i get a chance.
