Default 1992 twin turbo engine ticking

my 1992 stealth sat unstarted for 6 months. now it has a light ticking not a rapping a ticking. what happened? any ideas?

What your hearing is lifter tick, common with all DOHC motors on Stealths. Changing the oil should do the trick, I recommend a heavier grade oil like 10W-40 or 20W-50 in a good brand like Mobil1. Also synthetic is better.

I hope you turned the engine over without starting it to prelube everything before running it.
