I just got it a day ago. The only problem with it is the passenger window wont roll up once its rolled down....as I quickly found out. Where should I bring it...to a dodge dealership? or a normal mechanic. Also the Battery Guage has the voltage kind of high...like the little arrow is close to the highest point of the guage.

Help?

 

A normal mechanic would be fine, or pull the door panel off yourself and replace whatever is broken.
