yeah so i'm choosing to remove the motor myself. so i can just isolate my problems on my own time. so thestealth or anyone else. i'm looking for a guide or posibally a extremely detailed list. can anyone help??? for the love of god....

Yeah i guess i should have been more specific. i dont want to just get in there and start taking parts off here and there and break something.

in order to remove the engine, you have to remove the bolts that secure the engine to the frame. there's one on the front left, back left, and on the right side of the engine (I think, been a while since I removed one). On top of that, you gotta remove the bolts on the transmission that connect to the engine, I can't remember if they use 10 or 12mm sockets or not. Once you do that, it should lift out with a cherry picker.

I have the shop manuals for the 1991 es. they will do your car too. Plus hard to find information on the computer and trans. YOU can have for 50 bucks if your interested
