Default Rebuilt engine

I was wondering about doing a tune up of my 1991 dodge stealth R/T NA that I bought last summer. The guy I bought it from gave me a HUGE pile of service records, along with the work he had done on the car. He told me the engine had been replaced, and towards the end of the list of things done to the car were rebuilt heads, replaced and rebuilt engine along with alot of other things and it cost him 6600 bucks for all this. So I was wondering if it would still need a tune up and everything... this work was done in 2004, but it only had 4000 miles put on it since then...

If you have the money, and want the peace of mind...you might want too. Do you know if the 60K service was done or not?

Ya it was... the car body has 170,000 miles on it and the engine and heads and stuff were rebuilt.. so idk if the things from the 60K are even still there... I was just wondering if when somebody rebuilds an engine if they check everything, like plugs and timing belt and stuff like that.
