I fooled around with an RX8 in my TT. From a dig it was pretty sad (for him) from a roll, it was a little closer but I still handled him pretty easily. My car is stock btw.
About a grand +- for all that. The only two companies offering headers for the DOHC engine is 3sx and Rippmods.
