if you want AWD, it will probably cost more to convert than buy rt/tt
i'm sure there is extensive manual on how to do it, but you will need things like transfercase, driveshaft, probably some mount modification, rear axle, and tons of other mods
there are a lot of people that did the tt conversion, but i don't think there are many who succesededwith the AWD conversion
