There is no performance chip for the Stratus. The only way you are really going to change anything with the computer is to get a stand-alone system.

as for the best way to increase horse power and torque, buy a different car. Really the aftermarket for the Stratus is pretty crappy. If you are still wanting to do something, check out parts for the Mitsuibishi Eclipse. The Stratus coupe is made by Mitsuibishi and shares pretty much everything with the Eclipse/Galant except for body panels.
