not sure, best bet might be finding a dealer on a slow day and have them look up part numbers on the rear suspen to see if you can swap out the drums for rotors or if you need more of the suspen. if so find a junkyard and take what you need.

Sedan or Coupe?
I know for the Coupe there are conversion kits. I want to say it was like $300 for one side for the cheapest upgrade. Of course it gets more if you go with better rotors, brake pads, etc...
