wont start

Default wont start

my 1998 stratus es wont start and wont turn over at all the lights work and my power windows and locks work but my radio dose not turn on what is wrong???? help me!!!

Many things could be the reason. Check your starter, fuel, spark plugs, and even fuses to make sure you haven't blown anything. We will need a lot more information to help you.

Do you hear a hard "click" when you turn the key to start the ignition? If so, it could be your starter contacts. If nothing, it could be the connection to the starter.

Ok take off your battery and starter and take them to autozone or just about any big name auto store and they can test them to see if either of them are the problem. Just because you have lights doesn't mean you have enough of a charge to actually start the car.

i found a the wire that runs from the starter to the ingition switch that is faulty so i will change it ahd hopefully that is the problem
