hey everyone im new to the forum since i just got a 2004 Dodge Stratus R/T, i figured this would be the best place to ask this question so here it is. Does anyone know the best supercharger to put in my car?, im looking to making this baby a badass(which i believe it already is). Its already got an exhaust put on it, unfortunatly i dont knw what kind since i got the car used of course with 80K miles on it. The guy who previously owned it put infinity speakers in it and an exhaust. I dont knw what else hes done to it but i knw it doesnt have a supercharger in it or ram or cold air intake. Ill be puttin big bucks into this car so does anyone knw any good places to get some nice parts for my R/T?

 

well first of all if you were going to put a supercharger on it youll first need to put some headers on it. there are a few companies out there that make them for this car, a little google search will help ya on that. I know that RIPP makes a coule different supercharger kits for this car. i have an 01 R/T and it had the 3.0l V6, i forgot what comes in the 04, does yours have the same?

 

Coupe or Sedan?

If it is a coupe, then you have the Mitsuibishi 3.0L V6. There isn't much aftermarket support, but everything is the same as in the 3rd generation Eclipse GT except for the body parts. There are Supercharger/Turbo kits for the 3.0L, but they take a lot of work to get running right. A good website is www.2gstratus.org

 

i have the coupe and it is a 3.0 L V6, and ive tried doing a google search and for some reason it isnt easy finding after market parts for the car. I've also tried to find headers as well and those were impossible to find, ive had no luck with that. Ill try that site you just posted and see what i get. I wanna make this car a beast so any other advice would be helpful, thanks
