i have a 99 startus and was told i need struts by the tire dealer.

the car ahs 70,000 miles but has a bit of a pulsing at 70+ mph.

any opinions?

pulsing when breaking??? need to turn rotors
shocks when they are leaking or they bounce more then 3 times. jounce the front and or back and see if it stops going up and down in less then 3 swings that is a general rule.

 

not when braking. i try the bounce test. it's sounds like the old shock test. i think the rear tires just need to be renewed.
