I think the topic says it all, my 98 stratus starts, but it won't go anywhere, can't reverse or go forward, and it's like the transmission is locking the wheels when it's in neutral when we tried to push it, definately not the e-brake being stuck, the problem persists when the front wheels are off the ground.

 

definatly the tranny, something went in it, but it could be something simple like the linkage that moves the gears, have it checked out
