My check engine light came on the other day, so I went to Schuck's and plugged in the OBD II. It came up with the code of P0755 Shift Solenoid B. My Hanes manual does not specify location of the solenoid. A few other forums I have checked have said "it is either in the transmission pan, or it is not".... so what they are telling me is that it is on my car or on my car right? I haven't been able to find how to test or repair this part. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

 

u cant repair a sol pack. It on top of your tranny it has a connector that is screwed into it 8 mm.
