Hey everyone, im looking for parts for my 04 R/T but everytime i try to find parts it says it only fits 01-03s. Is there any place where i can find performance parts that will def fit my 04 and can i also look up parts for the 3.0 liter eclipse engine since thats what i was told my 04 R/T engine is since i know its a 3.0liter. Plz help me, im really lookin to smoke my friend scion tc that he just turbo charged and is keeping up and will soon beat my friends 06 mustang gt with CAI and a new high performance chip and exhaust. I want to be able to smoke the two of them, any knowledge would be greatly appreciated. thnxs

 

Check out www.2gstratus.org there is a ton of information on the Stratus Coupe. The Stratus Coupe is made by Mitsuibishi and all parts, except body parts, with the 3rd generation Eclipse and Galant. The engine didn't change after 04, so anything that will fit an 01-03 will fit the 04. In 04 there was a few body changes on the Stratus.

If you need to find cheap parts, i would recommend ebay fpr the basics like CAI and maybe exhaust sytem. i have an 01 r/t and i have cai ($100 off ebay) and catback exhaust (free). These simple mods gets me flirting with mustangs, and some simple refurbishing i think would do the job. good luck

 

There is no difference between the 01-02 and the 03-04 RT motors there the same 6g72 V6 3.0 motors.
