I have a '99 dodge stratus that just the other day the MPH guage and mileage stopped working, but the RPM guage works fine. The car seems to have lost some power when i am driving. I did a cluster circuit board test and everything works fine even the MPH guage. If there is any way to fix this problem if you could let me know.
