P1610 whose got the secret
2002 stratus coupe.....BAD IMMU OR KEY I have the Grey key Sentry system,
I hear this system is bypassed when installing a remote car starter on this model should I do that do I need the remote starter or just the bypass with the TransMod. Can I bypass this without remote starter HMMM If not is the advice of buying a set of open keys and Immu? the best bet? Will the remote starter function properly if the IMMU was defected before install. I see articles on the web mentioning you may need both keys owner and valet to install remote?????
P.S. where is the IMMU? under dash?

I gave a reply to your email but I do not know if it will work for your car. I have the cure for the keyless entry only.
The unit in the Neon is under the dash. Here is a full blowout of the location ect..

its not bypassed they tape a key to the transponder so u dont haft to keep a key in the ign and some one can steal it. ALso hate to tell u this is a dealer only issue. Only a dealer has the secret key code and the means to program it to the car.
