I recently had a MIL come on for EGR insufficient flow. I replaced the EGR valve along with the actuator/solenoid. The MIL came back the next week after just a few hundred miles. Since then I have replaced the gas cap. Light still returns.

Also in freeze frame data (not on the main screen) I found another, separate code. This one indicated EVAP large leak.
Any reason why only the EGR code showed up on the main screen, and more importantly, what can I do to fix these problems?

Car specs: '96 Stratus 2.4 I4 DOHC, 4 auto

Did you ever figure out what it was? My sisters car is doing the same thing its a 2000 stratus with a SOHC 2.0L. She replace the EGR it ran great for a day now it has a code P0401.
