Default Mystery water leak

We have a 2001 Dodge Stratus SE 4 dour coupe with a sun roof. Just recently thefloor behind the driver's side seat has been filled with water whenever it rains, almost to the point it is overflowing with water under the driver's seat. We dry it up and the next time it rains it happens again. I've sat in the car while it's raining and can see no drips from the sun roof, or from the passenger door or window seals. In factanything above the carpeted floor area is nice and dry. My wife thinks that the water is splashing up under the car while driving but I've looked under the car and can't see any obvious holes or missing components. I did find a floor heater vent located under the driver's seat but it seems dry unless water is tricklingout of it on occasion, but then it would stand to reason that both back seat floors would be wet. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

AC lines might be clogged?

I agree with Nate, you should have your AC lines checked.
