Default 99 Dodge Stratus

My 99 stratus has gone bad.
over the past 3 years I have had to replace the Transmission, Transmission computer. Crank Sensor, Fuel Pump, Fuel Filter.
The Problem I have at the present time is when the car gets over 20 mph the car just shuts off. No unusual noises or other symptoms. This is what caused me to change fuel pump and fuel filter. I purchased a OBD II reader off ebay to check the codes and couldn't believe there wasn't anything there!! I found someone who had a professional version of the OBD II to make sure and again no codes. Does anyone have any ideas that might help me get this sick stratus back on the road? If it requires going to Chrys I am going to probably have to have it towed since I don't want to really try taking a trip going 20 miles an hour LOL.

Thanks in advance for any and all help!!

The only thing I can think of is that the auto door lock that locks the doors at 15 - 20 mph is shorted with something else.
