Power steering pressure line

Power steering pressure line
My power steering pressure line on my '97 2.4L Dodge Stratus is leaking from all 4 pressure fittings, so a replacement is in order. It is not the one with the banjo bolt, it's the one for cars withouth the steering assist thing.
I noticed smoke/steam, and finally tracked it down to pooling power steering fluid on the rear exhaust manifold cover, so I am off to buy the part and replace it. I know I will have to remove the passenger wheel and splash guard to get in there, but how exactly should I get it in there the easiest? Would it be easier to pass it in from the driver side and then kind of rotate it into position for the bolt that connects to the pump housing?
Any suggestions will help, THANK YOU!!
