Hi y'all...just had 1st snowfall and went to put rear window defrost on and nothing..had it happen in an intrepid and i changed the relay switch and it worked, no dice on my stratus...
anyone can point me in right direction?
Nothing happend when i hit the button, i hit the a/c and a light comes on, green, i hit the rear window and nothing, switch just pops back out?? -a spting inside perhaps not engaging...don't want to take the whole car apart sO i'm hoping for help!!

The same thing happened to my 00! What I found was that the terminal that connects to the defroster grid had disbonded. On my car it was on the left side behind the interior piece. If this is the case with yours, it will need to be resoldered. The dealership here was afraid to do it. If that is not the case, cehck for power at the defroster terminal, then back trace from there.
