The owner's manual says my 02'sDodge Stratus SE should use Mopar Power Steering Fluid (MS-9602), but where can I buy this thing? Can I find it in WalMart?

I just arrived at this country, and don't know things are operated here yet. I bought my car from a private owner, not from a dealer, so will calling a dealer help? And I heard that some dealers charge a lot for some simple services, so I just want to buy this fluid and add it myself. Will dealers provide such products as well as services?
