Check engine light came on today. Starting rough and runs rough for 30-90 seconds after start. Checked with code reader and P301 cyl 1 misfire came up. Car is ES model w/2.7 engine and has about 83k miles and is automatic.

Can anyone tell me the most likely things are that would cause this?

did your trans went into limp mode? check your spark plug wires first and your spark plugs.
