i think my timing belt is gone ...wife started car it idled a few minutes and than stalled and will not restart ...so after spending lotta money on parts ive now gotten to the timing belt ...didnt go there cause all mechanics were telling me was its this sensor or that sensor ...im sure its the belt ...i can turn balancer with ratchet and lower half turns ..but the dual cam top half doesnt ... so ive taken top cover off to see the timing belt and it looks ok but cannot see the lower half ....
so lets say the belt is broken ...is it non inteference or interference ... and how hard is it to get the harmonic balancer bolt off so i can change the belt or do i not have to ...im sure i do have to but getting that bolt off seems to be very troublesome?

oh also is it worth fixing it ...the car already has 140k miles ....
