guys ...ive gotta change the timing belt in my 2004 stratus 2.4 DOHC im trying to remove the puilley for the belts its the harmonic balancer i was told ...i call it a pulley lol ... but obviously when trying to turn the bolt the whole shaft turns ...how can i loosen and remove that?
