97 Stratus 3.5L won't start

97 Stratus 3.5L won't start
My 97 Stratus has only 65K, won't start. Has spark is getting fuel. I changed plugs and wires. Pulled plugs again and plugs are soaked. Would this be from a bad coolant temp sensor or what?

Not likely from a temperature sensor. Is the plugs wet with fuel, or engine coolent? if it's coolent, it won't combust, and likely your head gasket is shot.
