I have a 2003 Stratus SE Sedan and randomly the lower 3 settings on my interior fans stopped working. I can turn it on only by using the max (4) setting. I am thinking it may be a fuse issue, but I don't have an owners manual to check the fuse panel diagram.

Does anyone have any thoughts? Thanks!
