does anyone kno where I can get a replacment dash as mine has basically dried out and curled up by the defrost vent for the wind sheild in guessing due to sun exposure and also what gen eclipse does it match up to its an 03 stratus

 

The 03+ dashes aren't compatible with the eclipses, only the 01-02 are. I'm not sure where you can find one. Junkyards? dealer?

 

I kno the interior aren't compatibale but the engines are basically the same thing and want to but performance parts

 

The engines are the same, also the suspenion, pretty much everything except cosmetics.
