I have a 2004 sedan that has run very well until recently. There is a intermittent knocking coming from the driver's side while driving. I can feel it as well in the steering wheel. The noise doesn't happen while the car is idling at a stop light or in park and running. I had the front two springs replaced recently and that didn't fix the problem. Anyone have any suggestions. Thanks

 

Have you had the ball joints checked?

 

I have a 2004 as well, and the joints went bad at like 25k miles. It was a horrible grinding from the drivers side front that just got worse over time. It started sounding like a clock ticking while I drove, and then when turning sounded like something grinding.
