I have a 95 stratus with a 2 liter. The car runs great when you accelerate slowly. However, when you put the engine under a load it acts like it is starving for gas or the timing is not advancing. If you back off the accelerator, and then feather the it, it will take right off. Check engine light is not on, and I have scanned computer, but nothing comes up. Any suggestions on where to start?
