Factory Alarm and High Beams (2001 R/T)
I have a 2001 R/T. The factory alarm relay burnt up (so I'm told)and now I don't have high beams. Can anyone tellme how to fix this problem or direct me to a post or site that can help me?

The bulbs are fine. I've had the high beam fuses pulled for the entire time during the problem with the alarm. The lights would flash every time the alarm went off.
