Ign/Fuel/Sater Fuse keeps blowing 99 Stratus

My 20 amp keeps blowing can anyone help me maybe something i can do beforeputting it in a shop

Did that to me, put higher amp fuse in, good for a year then starter went out. The cheap nose bushing wears out, then the armature starts rubbing against the case till it dies. This may cause the short.
