P0203 and Engine Control Module problem

I believe I have pinpointed the cause of my cylinder 3 circuit error and it looks like it is the ECM. If I am going to replace it, will I have to have it flashed if I get one from the junk yard from a like model 1999 Dodge Stratus 2.4?
