Default 2001 Stratus quits randomly

Fall of '07 and August of '08 our 2001 Stratus quit randomly while driving. Engine quits and will not turn over but all electrical systems seem to be working. After paying to have it towed to the shop it starts up and runs normally and does not repeat the issue. Any suggestions or experience oyou can share? I don't think it's heat related (fuel pump) but may be related to AstroStart? Ignition?.....help! Thanks in advance.

could be relay related the fuel pump relay or the ASD relays ...
When it happens do you hear the fuel pump run (when it won't start)

Default 2000 Cirrus with same problem

I've got a 2000 Cirrus with the 2.5v6 that shuts off without warning, at all speeds, even highway. The stragest part of this is that the car will restart without me using the key if its still moving. It has no issues starting and has plenty of power. Other than this issue, the car runs great. Cars got about 110,000 miles+-. Mechanics that have looked at it can't duplicate the problem therefore cannot help me. Any suggestions???
