My wifes 2003 dodge stratus w/2.4L SOHC broke the timing belt about 6 months ago. ever since it was replaced when the vehicle gets up in the rpm's the gas pedal shakes your whole leg and it sounds like its gonna rattle apart. The dealer said it has more power with the new belt, bull $hit!! Ive taken it apart and checked the timing and it was about 4 teeth off and the oil sprocket was 1, but its still doing it. HELP!!!

 

How many miles are on the car? I need to do mine. This is the second case where getting it done caused problems.

 

there are about 120000 on it now and it broke around 100000
