we have a 97 Stratus and recently we have an excessive amount of water on the floor on the passenger side. We know this isn't snow related. Is there drains in the wiper/firewall area that could plug and force water in this area TYAI </P>

The A/C Drain is likely plugged or the tube popped off... it's on the passenger side under the dash.

The only other thing would be a damaged or missing seal.

 

I take it theres no heater core on that side that may be leaking ?
