I just purchased an 03 Stratus SE, which I can't tell if
it has keyless remote or not. My dealer gave me the
key fobs for it, but he wasn't sure if they would work
or not. I know the SE models have keyless remote
entry as an option, but how can I tell if it's installed?
The user's guide tells how to program additional
remotes, but only if a programmed remote is in use.
If it doesn't have this as a factory-installed option,
can it be added? Is this a dealer-only install? What
can I expect the cost to be?

Private Message me the VIN # and I'll run a factory specs sheet to see if it came with it. Yes, it can be installed if it does not currently have it, a dealer would be your best and safest bet, simply because other places aren't really certified to handle them. It could be costly... $150 - $350... but that depends.... so, let's start with the VIN and I'll see what you car came with from the factory.
