Both should fit because its the ST-22 platform.
The first one might not do anything for you. Good swaybars will benefit you more.
As for the strut tower bar, nothing is better than the one you have on your car now; the one that came stock. It ties into the firewall, so nothing you can buy will be more rigid.
But to answer your question, the bars should fit, and the strut tower bar will fit.
