some people say: you must remove the gaz tank for change the fuel pump... and some people say: just remove you back seat... and you can change the fuel pump...

how can i change the fuel pump on my 96 stratus 2.4L?

there should be an access door under the rear seat. the bottom of the seat comes off easilly enough. I don't know what year the access door was introduced, but it's worth the time to look for yourself. the '00 has the door under the seat.
