Brakes & washer fluid shooter on a 99
Hello, new guy here, and bear with me because I don't know a damn thing about cars. I own a '99 Stratus.
About a month ago I started noticing a squealing/squeaking sound coming from my wheels. It's especially loud when I'm slowing down or speeding up, usually when my car is moving at 30 MPH or less. I don't notice the sound any other time. Is this a brake problem or something else?
Also, the washer fluid shooter on the passenger's side only works abot 25% of the time. When it does work, it works great, but the rest of the time it doesn't shoot out any fluid at all. This problem has been going on since I can remember. The amount of fluid in the reservoir doesn't seem to affect whether or not the shooter works.
I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!
