Where is the ASD relay on a 95 stratus?

Where is the ASD relay on a 95 stratus?
Its not in the plastic box under the hood, or in beside the drivers door. Car won't start and the ecu's not getting full power. The two pins that its suppost to get power it is, but the ones that come out of the ASD relay isn't.

I believe those are on the firewall , drivers side there are three or four depending on tranny ...
