will the 3.0 motor and transmission fit into my car i have a 97 stratus with a 2.4. thanks

It would fit but not without complicated modification. You will have to do a lot of electrical roks as well as welding new motor mounts for the engine. Thats a ig project....why do you want to do it? Is your motor shot?
